It works this way in our relationships – both professional and personal – too.
Care shows up in action. And, our emotional intelligence is proportional to our ability to ignore what is said and pay attention to what is done.
And, on the flipside, if we’re saying “we care” or “we are invested,” let’s make sure it shows up in our actions.
