About

Excess capacity

Every once a while, I’m guilty of attempting to fill every bit of space in our dishwasher.

Every time that happens, the dishes don’t get cleaned as well. The dishes inevitably get in the way of each other producing sub-par results.

Excess capacity is useful – in dishwashers and in life.
