Incremental execution vs. incremental thinking

A friend shared a guiding principle recently – “It is okay for execution to be incremental. Just avoid incremental thinking.” 

This note immediately reminded me of a graphic that drives home the same idea as it relates to “minimum viable products.”

It resonated.
