The Today Pledge

1. Just for today, I will spend 30 minutes reading a book.

2. Just for today, I will spend 30 minutes exercising. If I am not in the mood for exercise, I will take a walk.

3. Just for today, I will be the most enthusiastic, energetic and happiest person I know.

4. Just for today, I will focus on the positives in people and situations.

5. Just for today, I will laugh at failure and rejection, make them my friends and learn from them.

6. Just for today, I will write down my top 5 list of things I am thankful for, and thank god for them.

7. Just for today, I will think about and write down my big life dreams.

8. Just for today, I will give someone I meet every day a big hug.

9. Just for today, I will tell 3 of the most important people in my life how much they mean to me.

10. Just for today, I will write down a commitment to myself promising to be the best I can be and sign the commitment with a flourish.

For today, I am older and wiser than I have ever been in my life. And because, just for today, the world deserves to experience me at my very best.
