Somehow, this time, it wasn’t as sweet as last year.. expectations have risen and now I cannot wait for the epic final against Barcelona on the 27th.. :)
do things change when we sleep?
Do our attitudes change? Do we feel(apart from being more rested and energized) any better otherwise? If we are constantly thinking about improving something, does sleep help in the improvement proess?
