If we gave ourselves 2 minute breaks and then held it for 2 minutes again(in the same position), it would not be too hard to do so about 10-15 times..
But imagine holding it continuously for 30 minutes..
Which means.. that its the same in life – its easy to take ups and downs in intervals.. what is tough is to take a sustained period of stress..
And thats what they say makes gold and other metals of value.. sustained heat or forcefulness..

There were times when I hated the whole conversation after a screw up(which generally happens rather often..).. you know. would shut up and be all guilty and it never solved the problem anyway..
and nowadays I have learnt to lighten up.. make a fool of myself..express how stupid I have been(you’d rather say it than wait for the other person, right? :D) and look at everything as a learning..
and beleive in the fact that it IS a learning and not a screw up forever..
