Very rewarding to spend time..
with people younger than you and share some of the small things we learnt with time..
Watching their bright eyes curiously try and understand what you are saying is a real treat! :)

Don’t take shit from anyone..
fight for it, if necessary..
Flexible systems are great..
Its important to strike the balance at all times and not make the mistake of letting rigidity accompany growth!
Very humbling to meet with..
my teachers.. nice to hear their side of things..their thoughts, views and get humbled by their boundless love and affection and pride on seeing their students..!
Consistency is the key..
despite the fact that we look at disorder in awe(at first glance..).. in our lives we crave for that consistency..
be it with friends, with co workers – anybody..
