This one hit me really hard when I first heard it. True, all the same..

He’ s got a point! Only when you do get negative feedback do you know that there’s something right in what you are doing.

As Randy Pausch said, the moment people stop pointing out your mistakes, your game’s done!

thats the time to double up and work twice as hard..

If you feel things are going really bad..
that’s the time to triple the execution..

So ‘just working’ is never an option!
